Lil' House of Paws was started in May of 2006 and is owned and operated by a three-person team (well, one person and two very eager toy and treat testers, Kobe, a Miniature Pinscher, and Taylew, a Chihuahua).

SHIPPING INFORMATION
  • We ship via USPS and UPS
  • We ship Monday thru Friday only. All items are shipped within 2 business days from the order date (excluding holidays)
  • We only ship to the continental United States
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our "Paws Honor" Guarantee: We are "pawsitive" that you will be happy with your order, but if for any reason you're not, please see our policies below regarding returns and refunds.
  • Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all tags and paperwork still attached
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Returns must be received by us within 15 days of your receipt in unused condition, and reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please consider the sizing carefully by measuring and weighing your pet, and reading our sizing charts closely
FAQs
Q:  When will my order be received?
A:  Since all baskets are assembled by hand, we make every effort to ship the next business day, but can only guarantee shipping on the second business day. Same for all other products and merchandise. We also offer Next Day Air on urgent items. Please make the appropriate selection at checkout.

Q:  Who is PayPal? Is my credit card information safe?
A:  PayPal is exactly why your order is very safe. Your order will be processed on a secure PayPal server (not by us at Lil' House of Paws) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers. Q:  Is there a guarantee?
A:  Absolutely. Our "Paws Honor" Guarantee states: We are "pawsitive" that you will be happy with your order, but if for any reason you're not, please see our policies above regarding refunds and returns.

Q:  Can I place my order over the phone? Fax?
A:  Yes! Call us if you have any questions or would prefer to order over the phone - Toll Free: (866) 508-PAWS (7297) or MA residents, (508) 688-7237. Fax orders to (866) 508-7297.

Q:  If something is out of stock, when will it be in stock or how can I get it?
A:  Although we try to keep everything in stock, sometimes we do sell out - if you're interested in getting an item that is out of stock, please send an email to: sales@lilhouseofpaws.com and we'll do our best to re-stock that item quickly.

Q:  What is the shelf life of your treats and how do they need to be stored?
A:  Treats are baked fresh for your order giving you the best quality treats upon arrival. Storing them in a cool location in an air tight container is fine (please take care not to leave them in high temperature conditions), but storing them in the refrigerator or freezer will definitely extend the shelf life for several months - although we doubt they'll be around that long!

Q:  Do you use preservatives in your treats and are the ingredients safe for dogs
A:  All of our treats are baked using wholesome ingredients with no added preservatives or additives. We only use the finest quality baking ingredients that are safe for your pet including treat decorations made with carob or yogurt. For specific ingredients used in each of our treats, go to the treat's item description where the ingredients are listed for each particular treat.
